The fiber washer is NLA, I think because it had some asbestos content in it. Anyway, you can make one up from one or two thicknesses of a head gasket. I don't have the dimensions in front of me but it seemed about 1.5 inches OD and about .750 ID, it's not critical. I have some pictures of the gasket Adam Hennessy made up for me. You just need to remove it from the car take it apart in the middle. Don't remove the spring can (10mm nuts) unless you know the diaphragm is busted. It is pretty intuitive to take it apart and put it back together.
