I'll have to 2nd Jim on this [JFairman]. I was thinking the same thing...

I rememeber my wrench telling me that if the WUR is hot, it will act like it has power to it and will increase your Control Pressure [Thus causing a Lean Condition].

I think you are possibly running a bit too high warm control pressure, and you are seeing the effects during this short period...

I would look into your CP's and possibly adjust your Warm CP down a bit [maybe just 0.1 - 0.2 BAR...]. And, see if that fixes...

Because I checked them this morning, here are my settings [for whatever it's worth]:
System Pressure: 6.4 BAR
Cold CP: 2.1 BAR
Warm CP: 3.75 BAR [It takes 2.5 minutes to reach 3.75BAR from 2.1 BAR]
Boost CP: 3.2 BAR [Boost Threshold is 0.5 BAR of Boost to Trigger].
Boost Difference: 0.55 BAR

I have a wideband AFR gauge, so I'm able to monitor AFR's constantly. And, my engine will act just like yours if it's running/idling in high 15's.
