Front trunk makeover....love it or hate it...KISS

KISS (keep it simple stupid)...

I bought this 9180 930 in sort of a mess, but a super super solid car. The front trunk was always something that really bothered me, and it was always one of those things that "ill get to it one day".

Well i had enough last week...My goal was to create a...

1. super simple heating system since the auto heat did not work, and i was not even about to try and fix it
2. move the battery to smugglers box
3. remove a ton of extra non use wiring harness
4. clean and remove dirt
5. install bosch 044 fuel pump and new lines
6. strip gas tank of coating, treat rust and recover...

so here we go...what i started with...

removing everything (everything was labeled and boxed incase i ever want to put it back) i was amazed to see how dirty everything was

always liked the look of raw yellowish fiberglass (race like kinda)and figured the look would suite the car really well (making fiberglass tube)

making fiberglass sheets

cutting out the parts i need

putting parts together
