Bus Man:

You are absolutely correct about access through the shift lever cavity. I ran
a self made wiring harness from the engine compartment to a termination
chassis I made and installed under the passenger seat. The panel services
sensors and inputs to a LM1 as well as dash aux switches and boost controller
wiring. I cut out part of the harness passage and then ran the new seperate
harness in the same cavity from the rear of the car to the pass seat area and
then forward to under the dash. Definatly not something I would consider
recreation.
