Try adjusting your idle up with the air screw first. Could be that your mixture is too rich and requires just a bit more air via the correction screw. Your thermotime switch won't fix a low idle....it's just for cold starting enrichment and becomes inactive after a few seconds upon starting (thus the term "thermotime"...the temperature as the result of the internal heating element will cause it to become inactive shortly after your car starts running from cold). It simply switches to the cold start injector for that short period, dumping raw gas in post throttle body to facilitate starting.
