RSR Update
I used the AEM Long COP's and the fit is very good. I put 3 no. x 22mm ID x 3.5mm O-rings on each COP body and they fit very snugly into the bores of 964 valve covers. The wiring was very straight forward and the AEM units come with reasonable instructions.

Chris - I read a fair amount of negative info out on the web regarding the AEM CDI's however I also read that AEM updated the units - hence why I said "So far they have performed OK and have been trouble free" in my earlier thread.

Before purchasing them I called AEM Tech Support group and they also confirmed that they had been upgraded. Being an Aussie, I considered M&W units initially however cost was the biggest factor in my decision to go with AEM. Fingers crossed they will be OK.
