Well bud, at least you can spell flamboyant right, whereas I...well, I used to think I had good command of the english language!

Ok, I agree with your location being optimal, especially with a programmable MSD. I guess I just looked at mine and said "dude, install it where the CDI used to be" (that's where the Porsche gods directed me). Of course, that was before I started thinking out of the box.

Mr. Turtle - to answer your question on how I mounted mine; yes, I drilled two small holes in the fender lip/roll and attached with self threading screws. The BTM is mounted to the 6AL via holes I drilled and tapped between the 6AL cooling fins. Piggybacked, ya know?
