Yes it can diagnose it. Typically it will tell you that it's the seat buckle. You can also clear the code and make it go off. Then drive it and see if it comes on again. I have read where people have just sprayed contact cleaner into the seat buckle and that solved it. In any case. Get the Durametric tool. It's an invaluable tool to have. Congrats on solving your other issues.
