When you ship anything to Canada, you check a box on the forms that say "bill receiver" and then they pay taxes, brokerage, duties (if any).

Its pretty simple . I've bought and sold many items and have yet to encounter anyone who had a hard time getting anything to or from me.

You simply just have to read and fill out the forms correctly.
