You can find OEM equivalent plastic rear windows for sale on eBay. A good auto upholstery shop should be able to sew it in for you but as has been stated already it usually results in two rows of stitching and a rough edge of left over plastic, from the original, on the inside of the top. My '99 Boxster had already had it done once so the top had to be replaced. The tops start wearing out at about ten years so if yours is getting that old you might want to think about biting the bullet and replacing. I picked a new GAAH A5 with glass window up on eBay for $329 from a couple who were closing their upholstery shop in Marin, CA and were liquidating the remaining stock. It did not come with the defroster cable though so I'm still looking for a used on or I'll make one.
