If your rear fuel pump was running your WUR and AAV were powered up too. They are all on the exact same circut and not on seperate legs of the fuel pump relays.
If you bypass all the f.....g fuel pump relays and run a thick wire directly from the battery to the fuel pumps and you don't turn on the ignition or anything else the WUR and AAV will get 12 volts too.
I know because I've done it.
