I just switched from Hawk HT-10 to PFC97 and did a track weekend and use them on the street as well. No need to change them out after the event as they run fine on the street.
Cold and Rain does not alter their stopping ability too much at all on the street. But they do squeal upon stopping from 10mph and under. Kind of embarassing at a traffic light.
Like with any racing pad, dust on the rims is an issue too. So you gotta wash the wheels alot to keep them clean.
On track they worked fine, no fade issues noticed, and they wore very little in 2 days of track driving. Good value for the money.
