While we’re on the subject, isn’t it a misnomer to call these cars “sunroof delete” as it was an option for the 930 (sort of like saying “limited slip delete")? How about, “rare non-sunroof optioned US 930”?

Rich, good catch and another point I wanted to make as well... I don't know where this "sunroof delete" terminology came from.. a newer model 911 series I suspect.. but you are correct.. sunroof was an option, so if you didn't pay for the
"optional" sunroof, your car didn't get produced with it. Simple.
