Yes BL has thicker diaphragms made.
Yes I stock adjustable WUR's pre-set to your modifications.
Yes you can have a stock WUR internally adjusted to match your fuel needs, we handle that as well. Both are plug and play.

If fuel is pooling in your air intake I assume you have the stock air box and the WUR vent plumbing is intact. Pull the vent line and verify that is where the fuel is coming from.
The fuel is pooling in the air intake and not the intake manifold yes?
Your '91 C2T WUR should have a part number ending in -160. Verify that as well.
Are you running higher than stock boost?
Is the car now running badly?
If fuel is in the air intake then likely the WUR diaphragm has blown, if fuel is pooling in the intake manifold then likely the cold start injector is leaking. Neither of these is a common problem.
