Yes it was puddling in the AIR intake.
The car wasn't running badly before. It did have a progressively worsening hot start issue. One day it wouldn't start at all for 10 min then finally I managed to get it running and it was running horribly and the front fuel pump got really loud which lead me to think it was the fuel accumulator. I was wrong. When I was changing out the accumulator I removed the air intake and then found the fuel puddling in it. It was indeed the WUR and I did get one from Brian.
