Boosted air leak (as in turbo plumbing pipes/hoses and/or o'rings). Let air escape, and the ratio of fuel already delivered against the lost air will cause a pig rich condition. Even though you've done the starter-fluid-around -the-o'rings test, it is possible that things are sealing just fine until you pressurize them. You may not see any leaks when cruising non-boosted (such as at idle). Pull the IC, visually check the rings, inspect all vacuum and turbo hoses for splits or cracks. That's painless, free, and easy....put that to bed first, then move on to other possibilities.
