I saved alot of money this time

I spent like 224 the last time,... which is about what I spent this time around. The thing is that I got 16 valve guides(1st over) as oppose to the 8 I got the last time. I also got an oil seal kit along with the top end gasket set. Not bad. I have a good feeling that everything is going to go smooth this time. I swear,... head for a head,... he screws up mine I'll have his
I told you guyz that my uncle knows this guy? I told him that it was him and he almost didnt believe me. He apparently does alot of work for my uncle. I showed my uncle the head and he said that the guides are really leaking bad. He said I should take it back to that guy and make him fix his work for free, which I think I am goin to make him do. I'll pay for the additional work but he has to correct his own mistake. My uncle doesnt know whether the leaking guides is the reason for my problem. He said the oil should be blown out through the exhaust. But, i might be leaking enough to the point that it is making its way into the cylinder. What about the intake manifold and breather tube though? How does oil get all the way up in there? The oil is leaking and moving it's way in the opposite direction of the flow of the exhaust and air. How does the oil get up into the manifold and breather tube? My timing being slightly off? During compression the pistion is pushing the oil up in there? I think before I install the head,... I am going to bold done the cam without the gear and set it to ~1.4mm and see how the valve is sealing so I know what it looks like. I think that maybe my intake valves are open a bit during compression and thats how the oil is getting up in the manifold. But, then my compression numbers were nice and high when I did the compression test? I dont know,... I am going to do a leak down once I have the timing set.
