Go for it. More rubber in front is pretty easy on the 930 as clearance to the fenders is alot more than an 911SC or Carrera.
You could also go bigger in the rear tires as well really easily provided the rims are sized accordingly.
Try to keep the stagger consistent between front and rear sizes to keep the handling fairly neutral, meaning a 225 front and 245 or 265 rear would be ok.

Factory was 205 front 225 rear I think for this reason.
