I would only keep the exhaust on, go stock on everything else and detail it for a fair and firm 50K
When you publish it, very specific about the time and care you've had on the car and explain any and all issues plus the way you've tackled them. I have just bought my '79 930 and as far as I know after looking around for months, more than simple mileage, receipts and documentation, I went for the car whose owner expressed the most loving care for and alas, I struck gold.
One more thing, an aftermarket shiny stereo or steering wheel is a big turnoff because it tells the buyer that maybe the car was owned sometime by a too-young and loud tuner and that there might be a mess of cabling under the dash. Nothing speaks more "stock" and conserved than a dull and perfect OEM stereo on the dash and a bone-stock wheel.
