Actually it isn't, essentially intake and exhaust swap. But an engine swap would be faster.

If you want to keep the price down, use all stock 930 parts. Intake 3ldz heat exchangers jpipe intercooler waste gate and muffler. I did spend a little more and went with 993 HEs, m&k crossover with dual Tial wastegates, k7200, mk muffler, 965 intercooler but used stock air box.
