335/35-15 or 295/40-15

Hi,

I've been doing some reserach regarding new wheels on my 930 and need some advise.

As I plan to get out more power in the future I suspect that my stock 245/45-16 tires won't be enough to put the power to the ground. Either I will go with 17" Fuchs or with 15".

I found some threads of the 15" Braid Fuchs and I think they look really cool!

However, it seems uncertian if I can fit 335/35-15 tires with 12" wide rims in the rear without modification? Does anybody know if this is possible?

I have seen cases where 345/35-15 tires are fitted, but you then need to re-route the oil-lines and also grind down the alignment bolts.

Is it acutally the rubber of the tire that is "rubbing", or is the 12" Rims too wide?

Also, I'd like to get your opionon what width I shall go with on the front rims, fitting 215/55-15 tires. Shall I go with 15x8 och 15x9 ? I'm afraid that the tire won't cover the outer parts of the rim if I go with 15x9.

The tires I will use are Michelin TB15.

Pics would be highly appreciated.

Many Thanks in advance!

/ Tobias
