Don't put any kind of solvent like mineral spirits or brake fluid on the clutch disc. It's only got dust on it right now.
If you want to clean it use dish soap and hot water and rub it with a brush, clean rag, or sponge. Then let it air dry. Nothing else is needed with it. That clutch disc is not even fully worn in from the inside to the outside diameter of the friction surface.
The flywheel has a tapered surface so the outer edge contacts and squeezes the clutch disc first as you let out the clutch. Thats why there is no wear yet on the inner edge of your very low mileage clutch disc.

The flywheel looks fine and you can clean it with scotch brite pads and laquer thinner if you want and spray it off with brake clean as a final rinse before installing.
Sounds like your really wanting to spend money on your clutch that you don't need to.
The stage one KEP clutch presure plate is around 12 pounds lighter than the Sachs beacuse the basket is aluminum instead of steel like the Sachs. The motor will rev a little faster in nuetral with the KEP because of that but unless you really want that and have over 450 HP and it's slipping it's a waste of money too unless there are some other poblems with the Sachs pressure plate.
The pressure plate fingers where the perfectly good looking throwout bearing pull on it look fine with little wear and you said this clutch works fine. It's just dusty from what I can see in the pictures.
