Isn't that kinda the opposite of what you want with a CIS system? You want something that will lower...not raise...the fuel pressure on boost. Lower fuel pressure (I'm talking control pressure) will allow the metering arm to move farther, thus opening up the fuel delivery ports in the fuel head and injecting more fuel.
