You can calculate the rate yourself with the following formula:

Rate = (Emodulus for steel x wire dia^^4)/(8 x no. of active coils x (OD of spring-wire dia)^^3)

It takes some measuring and some judgement to determine the no. of active coils but this should get you what you need.
