The relay board is really useless especially for MS3X, so I don't recommend it.

A couple of thoughts. I have the 3.2 CHT sensor but I only monitor it and don't use it for warm up purposes. I found a sensor in the chain box or breather cover (current setup) gave me better correlation.
Second, the 3.2L throttle position sensor will not work, you'll need to source an alternative. I use the one from Clewett.
You may be able to modify your distributor to work but it needs some sort of toothed wheel setup. An easier approach is to get a crank pulley and go with a 36-1 or 60-2 wheel with a VR sensor. If you are not going sequential that is all you need. For sequential, you need either a single toothed wheel in the distributor or a toothed wheel on the crank and a single toothed wheel somewhere on the cam (I have one in the turbo scavenge pump).
The simplest approach is non-sequential with an EDIS ignition controller and VR sensor with a 36-1 wheel on the crank.
