hot air in engine comp

i was trying to adjust the timing and man there was a LOT of heat coming up thru all the holes i have in my tin.

i think i have the seal that goes around the turbo, but how can i plug all the other holes in the tin?
i guess there is a seal that is above the muffler.
any other ways to stop the heat? my bumper gets so hot i cant touch that eirther.

how about sealing the IC to the turbo tail? i have been looking for seals and ways to block the air from going around the IC, but no luck.
