This is the engine compartment seal you asked about - the rear section is part of the sides (the part closest to the firewall is a separate, 1-sided strip) . . .

I also just noticed in your picture that you have an aftermarket turbo drip tank so the original hole for the OEM tank breather pipe is open - on mine, I could not find a suitable plug for that (many years ago) so I just used a piece of aluminum tape to cover the hole and painted it black - has held up fine . . .
