I think you are in for an easy job lowering it from its current height.
Just rotating the spring plate 1 spline on the torsion bar, and fine tuning on the spring plate itself, should get you within a nice ride height. I dont't think you have to rotate the torsion bar.

That was the case with my car.
It was approxemately the same height (a bit lower looking at the tyre-fender clearance) to begin with.

The front end is easy to lower, as you probably know.
