I'm with saintly. For $15K, you're going to be riding in a car with fuel, insurance, and maintenance expenses of a $100K vehicle. Great niche vehicle, but boy-oh-boy, I can't think of a car with more wallet reaming potential at the service bay. I wouldn't think about it unless you can absorb a random $3K+ hit for something or other that fails. And probably average $1500+/year on maintenance in general.

Want a $15K sports coupe with some spice? I'd look for a 95 M3 or a 911.
