It's a misaligned microswitch, check them both. Your roof is not seeing that it's in the full close postion. The unlock feature will only work if the bottom microswitch sees that the roof is closed.

You can locate the microswitches behind the trunk wall on the drivers side. When your roof is closed both switches should be depressed. They are two little boxes about the size of your thumb, they face a white plastic wheel with channels in it, these channels activate the switches. If I had a some time I would snap a photo for you. But they are there keep looking, they have a sliding bracket that is held in place by a small phillips screw. Don't give up and start hacking up wires.

It's either that or you could have a relay issue.
