Thanks I see he did the same thing i was planning with two vacuum lines of of each manifold. Think I'm hard piping mine with swageloc tubing and fittings though. Well I'll see how my manifolds turn out as far as the welding goes. I have the welding instructor here at work willing to run me through the training for welding aluminum. If I cant make it look decent I'll just tack it up and have him do it. I work at a nuclear power plant so the welding training here is pretty good. Also I have been doing a lot of reading up on some other aluminum fabrication like the kirkam brothers cobras. They over fill all the seams then file them down and buff them out so no weld seam shows.
