You should find the best possible shop for a Porsche in your area hopefully some others in your area will chime in with recommendations. You have the right to have the car fixed in the shop of your choice. I would have the adjuster look at the car at the body shop. Make sure they put in the estimate in writing that they will cover any additional damage uncovered once the car is apart.
As for your neck be very carful I got hit in the back in my 930 a couple of years ago and my neck hurt "a little bit" also my friends all said to sue him for my neck pain and I thought it was not that bad. Fast forward two years and now I have constant pain and it is to late to recover any damages. Best of luck
