I leaned out the boost control pressure until it came up to 12.2. Typically a (new) stock WUR runs rich until the engine hits around 350WHP. The real issue is the gas guzzling mid-range. It takes a bit of effort to smooth the curve in that spot but it pays off in big torque gains.

CHP is irrelevant in my world, I only care about the power that hits the pavement.
The bone stock Euros we have dynoed come in around 250-260WHP. My old Red Rocket buzzed 300WHP with the same configuration the Gray Ghost has now. The additional power beyond the cams and muffler comes from tuning.
Next we'll add headers then turbos. I've got a couple different header configurations that I want to try out and also a couple of hybrid turbos. Fun stuff!
