Hi Kozmo

Yes, problem is on both sides. There are two possible reasons:

-Crossmember is too high, because the rear bushes are right angled to the member, there is not enough space between tub and front bushes. In this case I will make a thicker bush between crossmember and tub (instead of the factory one)

-The rear bush has some play in the crossmember and when torquing, the bush will be lifted out of alignment, wich causes the same lack of space at the front bush

I will check the reason today...
