Now I mounted a 1mm spacer to the stock one to see, how it works. Better, but still not enough. Because I don't want to loose the benefits of the anti-dive and won't change the suspension geometrie, I decided to go a different path now:

-Mount the beam with a bigger but same height spacer to get a more rigid connection

-Shave the bearing block to add spherical shims like at the front bush. This way I am sure to avoid any binding and alignment issue. in this point the ER sphericals are superior, aligning in the rear bearing as well...
