I would say it sounds like the infamous yellow relay ( fuel pumps cutout in case of over boost ) this yellow relay has stranded many drivers only to have the car turn over 15-30 minutes later.

The solder welds crack due to the engine bay heat. When things heat up and expand electrical connections may open circuits and shut things down..

The yellow relay is in the relay /fuse panel in the back left engine compartment. Pull it and carefully remove the outer relay cover. Look closely at the main terminal solder welds and see if there is a black halo around the otherwise silver solder... if you see cracks then this may be your problem.

I would also recommend that you pull all fuses and relays and lightly sand the terminals and end caps of the ceramic fuses.. and ensure the best possible electrical connection... OK my 2cents.
