If you look at any 911 electrical schematic it shows the headlights wired up to European specifications which has both high and low beams on when the high beams are on. In the schematic below I have drawn in how the USA spec cars are wired. The USA wiring uses the stalk switch to turn off the low beams and turn on the high beams when you flip the stalk. With the European version, low beams get power directly from the headlight switch, so they are powered continuously. When you flip the stalk for high beams, it powers the high beams. To change yours just disconnect the yellow wire from the stalk switch and connect the other end to the loose yellow wire you will find the stalk switch wiring bundle.

Each 100 watt bulb will draw about 8 amps for a total of about 32 amps, which is fairly large load on the alternator. The wiring should be OK with the relay mod. I'm not sure how hot the head lamps will get
