I've heard they give a nice quick responding smooth ride on the street with very good handleing on dry roads. The tread pattern shape is designed to displace and expel water off to the sides so they work well in the rain too.
The car started as a 1983 911 sc cab. Converted to a wide body, 930 motor , tranny, with all the goodies put in it.
I would like to stay with a 40 series tire. Don't want to ride on 30s. I don't think space is an issue, I have a big spacer in there. Thanks John
