Just my estimate. You can easily go upward very quickly in cost from here. I have indicated a comparison with upper and lower limits.

EFI based on Megasquirt, new injectors, wiring, connectors, ignition upgrades about $1500. AEM is above $3K last time I checked. Motec would be about $5K.
New pistons - JE $1000. Mahle
930 headers ($400 - $2500) Upper price range is Rarelyl8. Do you need heat? Then look at a custom conversion with 993 Heat exchangers. (They work very well)
Turbo could be $800 for a good used or $2200 for brand new.
Custom intercooler can be welded using a $300 core or go all out with one of the many excellent choices. I think TurboKraft makes one specifically for the 3.2 manifold. I am not sure on current price.
I would probably add another $500 to $1`K for misc stuff like BOVs etc.
Then there are all the installation and fabrication costs. There is a lot of time putting together a system. Consider your local shop rate when calculating costs.

You can do this on a budget if you are savvy and shop carefully.
