The fuel pumps speed regulator is digital and internal inside the fuel pump.
It's for EFI and if you're rolling your own you're going to be mapping the EFI anyway.

My thought is that it might be a lot quieter when the fuel pump motor slows down at engine idle speed than the other big high flow fuel pumps like the Aeromotive A1000 series.
It is expensive and they make them in different sizes at different prices.

Here's the biggest one they claim is good for up to 1800HP. You can get them from Jeg's but the ebay sellers usually have lower prices and free shipping.
