The car was ordered in light yellow (b6b6) which was a stock color for the earlier cars.

It is going to get a bigger turbo (Garrett GT35R) so there will definitely be some trimming of the tin involved. After cutting, some sheet metal will be trimmed and spot welded to cover as many of the leftover gaps as possible.

The original tin was painted yellow (plus airbox and IC) and that's how the original tin got burnt up and rusted. We are actually going to ceramic coat all of the engine tin as well as the hot side of the turbo and exhaust as an attempt to limit both heat and corrosion.
