For a street car is stock stock 964 cam timing best all around or advance them a little since your not pushing it over 5500 rpm most of the time anyway? I timed them at 1.3mm last time but maybe 1.35mm or more would be better?
Jim, what is the stated range spec'ed by the cam supplier?
If it were my car I would go to the high end of the spec, like I did on my SC cam installation. I concur that torque near the redline is not very useful in a street car (unless you want to go to jail )
