Brando, you don't even need to mess around with the mity vac or gauges since your AFR numbers are not that far off from optimum. You said that full throttle enrichment goes into the 9s, so all you need to do is push the large disc (the one of the bottom of the adjustable WUR) in about 2mm and you will be into the mid-high 11s. The BL manual says to punch the disc in with a drift and hammer, but Jfairman suggested using a c-clamp, which is what I did, and it works perfectly and is much more precise that the hammer method.

The same is true for the other adjustments - no need to fool around with the gauges, but make small tweeks to the adjusters and see what you get (raise control pressure to get leaner AFR readings and lower them to go richer).

Once you get your hands on it, and make the first adjustment (I would suggest you start with the full throttle enrichment since you will see the most gain from that), you will see that it is quite easy and even fun.
