Chris - Thanks for the pics and tutelage. Iím now thinking 255 (or 245 if I have to)/35/18 front and 315/30/18 rears. I want to get the R888. I can deal with the 100 tire wear. My brother in law has them on his 458 (which is a nuts dream car) and they are really nice. I think they will fit the personality of my 911 TLT (Turbo Look Turbo) most sweetly.

Any thoughts/warnings? I like tire rackís return policy if they donít fit, but Iíd like to avoid all of the guess work and hassle. Too bad I donít know anyone near Windsor CT.

Thanks, Ed
the 255/315 combo is what I have on the black faced wheels. This combo works/looks great - Just be aware you will likely have some limited lock to lock turning as they will rub inboard towards the back area of the wheel well. It's not a big deal for a non-track car; just be aware.

One way to fix that would be to run a de-cambered ball joint to widen your track and then dial in some extra camber with narrow plates up top. You won't get rid of all the wheel lock rubbing, but you will minimize it.

It really doesn't bother me unless I am trying to negotiate my parking garage at work which requires some sharp turns.
