Is buying a steam cleaner practical? Yes, at a car-wash, you can use theirs...but where will you let the engine sit to properly dry?

I'm not saying the car will not start up right afterwards without disconnecting the battery or waiting for it to dry. The electrical components, some which are susceptible to current spikes due to the water providing that path...MAY be compromised down the road.
