With the suspension fully bolted up, torsion bars installed without the end caps, you place a bar in the A arm and press down to make sure the suspension is fully extended. You then place the adjustor cap on the torsion bar with the cap arm up against the top of the adjustor cap cavity. Install the adjustor screw. Rotate the screw until the arm of the adjustor cap is about midway in the housing and set car on ground. This preloads the torsion bars. Bounce it a couple of times and then set the ride height equally on both sides. There is a specification in the manual for stock ride height measured from the inboard arm pivot point to the ground, but that would result in the nose high attitude as shipped from the factory. You can lower the ride height from there to your satisfaction.
