Where do you source your fuel to run a euro-spec 930 since 91 Octane gasoline won't work(on a truly spec'ed 930 euro-motor)?

In probably half the states of the US(which require smog or inspections), how do you get around trying to get an non-DOT/non-EPA car to conform to US reg's?

What would be the entire cost to take a US 930...and completely make it a euro "spec" 930? That sounds prohibitively expensive to go backwards.

Would anyone seriously consider a re-worked US 930 as a genuine euro-930? Maybe to the person doing the conversion and keeping it, but in the market place for sale, it may not be considered genuine(as it didn't leave the factory that way). I believe the VINS would be a dead-giveaway.

Euro 3.0 versus US much more torque does that 3.3L have?
