My current daily driver is a 1982 911SC, and if I get a turbo, or do an engine/trans swap in the SC, it will continue to be a daily driver. I'm not interested in top performance, but what it is like in normal, let's-not-get-arrested mode.

So, if you're in the LA area (I live in South Bay) and are willing to take me for a drive as well as let me tool around in your car for a bit, please let me know.

Thanks!

I did a conversion way back in the 90's (82sc) 3.3 Turbo-top -end rebuild & tranny--& plus a lot of goodies on top....
Two words--No comparison--U WILL GET ARRESTED-sorry---ITS YOUR DAILY DRIVER
Boost feel and a light weight car is no joke----U WILL BE A BOOST JUNKIE.
If you are not accustomed to a serious boosted car- u will get into a lot of trouble..
It will be a dangerous car....UPGRADE THE BRAKES--

Heck--I almost got arrested just merging into traffic--from a ramp into the HWY--
Going from 40- to (no comment) late at night--shoot some flames--in seconds--is amazing--But there are consequences.
