Rob, is this car your black high HP monster? If so the fuel head would have the flow set for the engine output and the WUR would be set to match the head. The specs of both would not be stock and should not be altered. A stock head would not work with the modified specs of the WUR, the engine would run lean. Baseline parameters for the head/WUR combo depend on stock spec fuel delivery. Check this first and verify the pumps are returning 1500ml/30 sec. Once verified confirm the system pressure and WCP are at the new specs. Last would be to check that the fuel pressure on boost is at new spec using an air compresser.
