I use A2-70 and A4-80 machined with common hardmetal (carbide I guess in english) plates. like them because I can use for all material and they cut quit nice even in tough material and they are cheap. So no worry about lifespan

Titan is in most cases (same as cf instead of fg) not worth the price, at least for me

BTW drilling is the issue here, as SS is damn bad to drill in little diameters, HSS is not strong enough for more than one row. Used Titan nitraded ones, but they thend to break very easy, brittle like hell
Of course this is only an issue at home with lower rpm's and only spray cooling
